I don't know if anyone else is encountering this issue but, when I click the play button, the little box stating that L4D2 is preparing to launch pops up and then just disappears. The game won't start whatsoever. I've tried deleting the .blob files and all that but nothing is working. to help boost this thread for those who need help. If your playing l4d2 through steam, then you only need to configure your controller through big picture mode, ensure its forced on and thats it. Btw you need to exit the game before configuring. This work for both PS4 and 360 controllers.
